We allow changes up to 72 hours after an order has been placed. If it is past the 72 hour time frame, we can still make changes to your order, however the order will incur an additional 15% order change fee.
Why is there a change fee after 72 hours you ask? As soon as we receive your order our design team gets to work creating your custom one-of-a-kind piece. When changes are made past the 72 hour time frame, your order gets taken out of our design process and redone causing additional labor.
We are not able to make changes after 5 business days from the date you placed your order. After the initial 5 days our design team has completed their work and your order has progressed to our production department for cutting, polishing and powder-coasting. Once your order reaches this stage we are no longer able to make adjustments to your design.
