    Due to the time it takes our design team to create our customized designs, we are unable to provide proofs of design changes/customizations prior to purchase. Once our design team has created your design, we will email you a proof for your approval prior to sending your order to production.
  • I made changes to my order, why is it not reflected in the email I was sent?

    Please be advised, since these changes are manually accommodated by our design team they will not be reflected in any automated emails regarding your order such as your Order Confirmation email, Shipping Confirmation Email, etc.
